I am a postdoctoral scholar in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Washington.
My research focuses on designing microphotonic devices for spatial and spectral control of light. The designed structures find use in a wide variety of applications ranging from imaging and spectroscopy to thermal management and energy harvesting. Recently, I have been interested in the possibility of leveraging microphotonics for cryptography and enhanced data security.
